Vedha Toolings – Return, Replacement & Warranty Policy

At Vedha Toolings, we are committed to providing high-quality plastic slatted flooring. Please review our return, replacement, and warranty policy before placing an order.

General Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the heavy and bulky nature of our flooring products, we do not offer standard exchanges. Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications before purchase.

Replacement for Damaged Products During Transport:

We will replace products damaged during transport only if Vedha Toolings arranged the transportation and proper proof or documentation of the damage is provided. Customers arranging their own transportation are responsible for ensuring safe delivery.

Stock and Exchange Policy:

Exchanges can only be processed if the desired product is available in stock. Any additional shipping or transportation costs associated with exchanges must be borne by the customer.

Warranty Policy:

Products eligible under warranty will be replaced during the warranty period provided the customer submits:

  • A valid purchase invoice

  • Proof of damage

  • Verification that the product defect is due to manufacturing faults

Exclusions:


Warranty replacements will not be provided for damages caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Structural defects in the farm or shed

  • Natural events or disasters

  • Any other reasons not related to manufacturing defects

Claims Process:

All claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (for transport damage) or during the warranty period (for manufacturing defects). Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of the damage.

If required, the customer must provide access to our expert to physically inspect the product at the site. Replacement or exchange will be processed after verification of the claim by our team.

Shipping and Transportation Costs:

Transportation costs for exchanges or replacements are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Vedha Toolings arranged the transport and the product was damaged in transit.
